| well a friend of mine, Whitney, actually does pretty shit. She did this big mural for Mothers Day and you could actually read what she put, but i dont think its right when they do it on schools or buildings, but under a bridge in the middle of nowhere lol thats not as big of a deal, to me.

sorry i didnt read any of the other posts asidede from freeza's, so you points may as well be taken and retreaded here..
Freeza, maybe only the person who bombed a wall with paint can tell what they have said, in the same way some online artists develops a font, but remeber, bombing a wall came WELL BEFORE a PC was exisitng in many ppls homes. it's just a stylezied way of a letter, or in the case of art, it's the same as them desigining on a photoshop or even an okkei (sp?) board. they had paint and a vision, the same way artists envision spelling out your text in photoshop for a splash screen (if you still have such a thing).
why bash ppl who aren't raping ppl or killing ppl or torturing ppl.. its just ppl trying to be more well known without digital means.
enjoy the art now while you can before it becomes phased out like the painting of the cave dwellers we have decended from (supposedly, i'm still open to subjective matters on this *off-topic* subject.
i now it' old, but so am i (getting there). embrace the treasure of a generation that will become lost in the next 20 years... come then you'll be like 'omg,. i remeber when ppl used to spray paint their art/fonts, but now, all them damned kids do is 'photoshop this and photoshop that...etc). Let the babies have their bottles, they will evolve into something new and make that art long forgotten, just like Damascus Steel.
