Rules and guildelines - READ Before Posting!

Introduction
Welcome to Freeza Inc, a forum in which various discussions take place amongst all different kinds and types of people. But before you get started and unleash yourself there are some basic information and general rules to overview that we, the Staff, must enforce to keep the place from turning into a crap shute.

FI Staff
The freeza-inc.com domain and forum was created by Freeza and is owned by The Girl. In addition, Freeza Inc. consists of a staff, which helps Freeza and The Girl maintain this forum. The staff mainly consists of Administrators & Moderators.

Moderators
Moderators are powered users who have power over specific thread topics, such as the ability to move, edit, merge or delete a topic. If you're having difficulties with a specific thread, topic or post, please avoid contacting the Administrator (the girl). In the forum index under the name of the topic and its description you will see the following: "Moderator: USER/GROUP." If a user is listed you will want to contact that user for any problems within that specific topic. If a group is listed, click on the name of the group and you can view the list of members within that group. Choose any member of that group (preferably an active one) to ask any questions concerning that topic or thread or post within that topic. Here is a list of Moderators for your convenience:

It is recommended that you contact The Girl or Dea, for Jonathan (I) am not around very often to handle and remedy situations.

Now for some rules...

General Rules
* Communicate to and with others with maturity, respect, and as if you were talking face to face.

* Avoid any offensive, abusive, racial, sexual, derogatory, inflammatory, or related comments. Any such comments may be expressed in the Burn in Hell section of the forums, for no forum rules apply there. In addition, jokes within limits are acceptable as well.

* Only one username is allowed per person. If you have another for any reason please notify one of the Administrator through an e-mail, instant message, or private message (PM) and he will remove the redundancy. If for any reason another account has been accounted for the Administrator will take action.

* Trolling, such as trying to pointlessly start an argument or hate fest, is unacceptable and will not get you anywhere. An intense debate is always welcome in the Debate section as long as it is sensible and structured but avoid personal attacks and repetition.

Posting
* Before asking a question, do your research by using the Search feature which has been brilliantly provided for your convenience and use. Duplicate topics are not welcome and will be removed by the Administrator and Moderators accordingly and without notice.

* Do not cross post, meaning do not post the same question in multiple threads and topics.

* Avoid post "whoring." If your content is related to the topic or of some relation to the discussion you are welcome to post your input.

* Do not carry personal conversations, a forum is for communal discussions, not personal ones. Take advantage of our Private Message feature or use private own e-mail or instant messaging service.

* Please use quotes. Quotes will help us identify that you are replying to a specific person in a post rather than carrying a personal conversation or randomly babbling something. Please note, you CAN use more than 1 quote in a post. For example, a post may look like this when answering to 3 different posts:

poster1 wrote:

This poster has said something concerning a topic.

You may reply to poster1's quote.

poster2 wrote:

Poster 2 has said something about something else in the same thread

You may reply to poster2 in the same post.

poster3 wrote:

Poster 3 has also said something about something in the same thread

You may reply to poster3 as well as poster2 and poster1.

* If you don't like a certain topic of discussion, poster, Moderator, or just something stay away. Don't ruin the thread by starting a flame war. Take it to Burn in Hell.

* Avoid posting twice or more identical consecutive posts in the same thread. If you made a mistake, there is an [b:]EDIT[/b] button, please use it. Do not post again.

* When using someone else's material, be kind and include the name or link of the source to acknowledge their work and to avoid any copyright issues.

Signatures/Avatars
* Avoid any obtrusive avatars such as giant sized ones or a collaboration of images. We know you want to show who you are but it is only courteous that you keep them in line and unobtrusive.

* The Administrator reserves the right to edit any avatar or signature without prior warning if it is felt to be unacceptable.

Final Note
A violation of any of these rules seen by the Administrator will result in action according to your doings. Rules are subject to change without notice, please check back for updates.
