After 5 years of running phpbb 2.x we've decided to upgrade to the (almost)newly released phpbb3 and in doing so are essentially starting over from scratch on many aspects of the site.

In the upcoming weeks I'll be looking to have some people testing out the new version. There will be an extensive amount of changes, which will need to be worked out before we can go live.

A few things to look forward to:
-More organized board with subforums
-Private sections of the board for VIP & Elite members
-Ability to create a friend/foe list
-Bigger, better profile options
..plus so much more.


We are hoping to launch v.3 around the new year. Exact date to be announced.

If you are interested in possibly beta testing the new version before we release it to the public, please let me know.
